- It’s a responsive web app – more testing needs to go into mobile (not easy to use).
- On the initial login page, I would include a benefit statement (what does the app do – which connects it to the web landing/marketing pages). Also since you have zero customers today, the main flow is create account, not sign-in. So best to have two equal size buttons. Even better use an auth service like Apple ID, Google, or Facebook connect
- Auth by email is a little clunky – could consider mobile number verification
- Once the account is created there is no guidance or wizard to next steps – check out chameleonhttps://www.trychameleon.com
- Given this is super new.. you probably also want a direct line of communication with users – consider integrating intercom https://www.intercom.com
- Use of the term Profile is probably better than persona
