The Creative Passport engineering team consists of 2 engineers and one Product Manager.

Based on the overall feature roadmap, the development tasks are broken down and added to sprints. We follow and agile process for software development as well as continuously releasing new features and fixes.

The Feature Roadmap highlights the products and epics currently in progress. The tasks are broken down tasks under each Epic.

Software Development Lifecycle

The Creative Passport follows an Agile Software Development model along with a series of hard deadlines for larger feature releases and the public launch.

Sprints

• We run 1 week long sprints
• Sprint planning takes place every Monday of the week

Definition of “To Review”

• Feature has been submitted to Github.
• All tests are passing and there are no warnings from CircleCI.
• Feature has been rebased again master to ensure it has all the latest code
• Feature is sent to another team member to be reviewed

Definition of “Done”

• Feature has been reviewed and merged into master
