Intro

These are the first three Journey Maps based on the personas that have been chosen. The journey they have been put through is not the current one, but an ideal/potential one where the CP is already an OGP (Organically Grown Product). This OGP has been drafted based on the results of the Workshops, the survey, the competitive analysis and some basic concepting around the value the CP could/should add to the music industry. This means that several issues or missing features of the current Beta have purposely being ignored and/or considered as overcome/achieved. Considering the CP as an OGP in the User Journey Maps will help us envision the direction to move towards and, via a subtraction process, defining the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) we should aim for to maintain our core value.
